Our patented cutting technology obtains the front frame of the eyepiece in one pass, avoiding the front bending process. This diverts any thermal or mechanical deformation of the eyeglasses and thus a method of stabilization never seen in acetate eyeglasses. The various layers of acetate are shown as the eyeglasses curves itself, which when using the traditional cut where the layers of the color remain parallel, as a result of being glued and then bended. All of these operations are carried on with special care for environment, through the process of the acetate layers being glued with an eco-friendly system without the use of solvents.
